ReplyDeleteI would like to see more birthday themes for kids please!
ReplyDeleteRED DAMASK!? Ooh, I need some of that. As for new designs... I like anything with a graph paper-style background. Maybe a school theme?

Tape measure tape .... in clear with black numbers and in yellow with black! I hope I win!
ReplyDeleteI would like to see something in a nice apple green and black combo- or even a nice muted pastel aged/antique looking design. If that makes any sense to anyone :o) Also maybe even a smaller width tape, say half the width of the current tapes available.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to see something in an old fashioned (antiqued beige/brown) ruler, antique typeset letters and numbers, and architectural designs...columns, arches, bridges, skylines, etc. Loft colors (black, red, white, yellow, grays, burgundy, etc.)
ReplyDeleteMary Anne mafcontest at hotmail d0t c0m
I would like to see TapeSwell offer scripts on the tapes. Spanish script, typewriter script, French script, Chinese script, etc. In different colors.
ReplyDeleteNumbers and birds are another favorite.
I would like to see some beautiful MoonFlowers on a roll of tapeswell tape!

How about bees, or beehives?
ReplyDeleteI'd love something with alphas, numbers in interesting fonts.
ReplyDeleteI would love Butterflies on a clear background, Coffee/Hot Chocolate Mugs with steam, Houses, Vines all on clear tape and label/journal spots (I'm a scrapbooker)
ReplyDeletePS-I'd like to see some of your items on scrapbook pages it wouldn't hurt for you to have a design team (just a couple of girls to do some layouts/minibooks with your product (normally you give them product to work with and they send you complete project PDFs to post, get your web site on Scrapbookupdate.com, and your product on AliEdwards.com (Ali has giveaways every weekend, and she has a HUGE following so maybe you want to offer a $20.00 card on her site. So does May Flaum (Mayflaum.com) She has giveaways too, and a large following especially when she's running classes which is most of the time. Scrapers will love your stuff!! Thanks!!
would love to see something pink and something lime green. They are happy colors to brighten up this very snowy east coast :)
ReplyDeleteFirst time to your blog but I love the ideas I am hearing, especially the tape measure and I love the idea of a ruler. skeleton keys and maybe some wire mesh in copper and silver. I could come up with ideas all day!
ReplyDeleteI would like to see something along the gothic lines, maybe some steampunk and some vintage without shabby.
ReplyDeleteI don't know about new designs but I'd certainly like to see those pretty tapes readily available in New Zealand!
ReplyDeleteSince spring is right around the corner, how about a nod to Liberty of London prints? Especially poppy red! I love gingham too and more stripe options!
ReplyDeleteI would LOVE to see some houndstooth...black and white or colored...I think that would be great!

I would like to see nature themed tape...owls, leaves, squirrels, trees, etc. Paris themed tape would be cool too. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI am a first time visitor - and will be back frequently! Saw you in Victoria (Congratulations on the feature!) I love what you've got going on. I'm a paper arts girl, specifically card making and ATC's so I would use any of tapes these folks have already mentioned. Polka dots in lots of colors and gingham in lots of colors, along with tapes with wonderful flourishes are always beautiful to use. Also matte rather than glossy/shiny surface would be so nice. I can't wait to see what you come up with!!
ReplyDeleteawesome giveaway!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely idea! I would love to see a chevron-inspired series of tapes, perhaps reminiscent of Missoni!

Almost anything on a clear background - I'm partial to numbered things, letters and dots, dots, dots!
ReplyDeleteFrom the fabric realm, I think toile patterns would be beautiful, similar to your great new damask, with white background. Combinations with lime green or light avocado and rich egg-yolk yellow or orange...I agree with vines and bees. City skyline.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your tapes! I have lots. I'd love to see more on a washi-type/masking tape type background vs. the shiny packing tape. But in any form I'd like to see another "Mod" tape minus the Christmas imagery. Maybe with a few different colorways, too. Perhaps some in a thinner tape, as mentioned in another of the comments here. The bees and beehive ideas are also great.
ReplyDeleteI love your tapes and add them to every envelope I send out. How about chicken wire, paisley, map of paris, french writing, sunflowers, chalkboard?
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see: matte tapes in 1/2" and 1" sizes; metallics, especially copper; more dots; vintage ruler and other vintage items. Anne, yourmainestamper
ReplyDeleteI've just come across your site - I love ALL of your designs!
ReplyDeleteMy only suggestion would be a striped tape - that would look elegant.
Hm...I am so glad that I got the notice to my email about your red damask design! and whoo hoo! that I didnt miss your wonderful giveaway! I use Tapeswell to help secure my art orders! (Mentioned this on your Feb 2nd post).
ReplyDeleteI'd love one that says "Thank You" in different languages and (multi-color and different style)fonts. Like "Salamat" (Philippines), "Domo arigato" (Japanese), "Obrigado" (Portuguese)," "Mahalo" (Hawaiian), "Danke" (German); "Merci Beaucoup (French), "Muchas Gracias" (Spanish), in Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Hebrew characters etc... (I ship all over the world, so this would be awesome!!!)
And maybe something that has images of old world pen and ink instruments...like feather ink pens and ink bottles...black or antiqued brown on clear background.
Blessings & Aloha!
I commented on Facebook :o)And became a "fan" :o)
ReplyDeleteThanks again for a wonderful product :o)

ReplyDeleteJust tweeted about it on Elliesworld -awesome give away @TapeSwell- http://blog.tapeswell.com/2011/01/tape-design-ideas-tapeswell-giveaway. who doesn't love Decorative Tape
ReplyDeleteOkay, I posted earlier today but made two errors that I want to correct so that I can sleep tonight! First of all, my apologies because your wonderful bio is in my Victoria Bliss magazine, not Southern Lady. I subscribe to and love them both! Second, my choice of 'harlequin' means as in diamond pattern (like argyle)not the characters. But I did mean chartreuse and brown. Thank you for taking time to read this and again, I apologize for the errors
ReplyDeleteI'm new to this blog, but love everything I'm seeing - great suggestions, too!
